First, I want to thank you for your enthusiasm and support of Magus 2008 — without your belief in the project, we never could have come so far.
Unfortunately, we’re sorry to have to announce that Magus 2008 is officially cancelled. The planning team had high hopes for the event, but none of us had practical experience in planning festivals and now it’s honestly just too soon to make Magus a reality.
We sincerely apologize; we know many people were looking forward to Magus and have kept space on their calendars for it. We’re sorry this couldn’t come together; it was a lot of great dreaming, but just never materialized.
As for Magus 2009 — well, anything is possible.
